What’s New

Our 2025 Retreat Season Has Begun

The 2025 retreat season is here — and while things have recently moved closer towards stabilization, your continued support remains vital to keep World Peace House thriving.

As some of you know from our recent newsletter, we were facing the possibility of this being our final season due to ongoing financial challenges. Thanks to a wave of encouragement and generosity, we’ve been able to move forward — but we are still navigating a delicate balance. Without strong attendance and engagement, it would be easy to slip back into difficulty.

We love offering these retreats, and we want to continue — but we need your help. The best way to support World Peace House is by attending a course and inviting others to do the same. Every course spot filled makes a meaningful difference.

Flexible Course Structure

Courses in 2025 will be longer overall, but participants are welcome to attend for as little as 3 nights. Priority will be given to those staying for the full course. When applying, simply indicate how many nights you’d like to attend; we’ll calculate the cost and send your invoice approximately two months before the course begins.

We also encourage you to invite friends who may not be on our newsletter list — a personal invitation goes a long way.

Cancellation Policy

World Peace House is a not-for-profit organization, managed and maintained by volunteers. We rely on careful planning and responsible participation to make these retreats possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable $100 application fee is charged upon acceptance. This fee is applied toward your course cost and covers administrative expenses.

  • Course Fees & Payment: Invoices are issued approximately 70 days before the course. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the start date.

  • Standard Refunds:

    • Cancellations made 30 to 60 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.

  • Medical Cancellations:

    • If you cancel due to illness, you may receive a 50% credit toward a future course (valid for up to 6 months), subject to approval.

  • Late Registration Exception:

    • If you register within 30 days of the course start date and are unable to attend due to illness, we may offer a full credit toward a future course, valid for up to 4 months from the original course date. Please notify us promptly and provide documentation if requested.

We understand that unexpected changes happen. However, short-notice cancellations are especially challenging for our small volunteer team and impact our ability to continue offering these retreats sustainably.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

“These beautiful advanced programs are the golden keys to living the full potential of life in higher states of consciousness - Enlightenment.”

- Maharishi, Founder of the Transcendental Meditation program
